Motion F5 Ultra

Soon after the release of the C5 Tablet PC Motion Computing received several requests from industrial users coming from fields like maintenance, technical work force, warehousing and logistics. The C5 was not designed to meet these requests perfectly.

Motion Computing decided to modify the C5 accordingly and so the F5 was born. From the outside there is not much difference between the C5 and the F5 - the F5 has just a housing with a darker color. The modifications are inside the F5. The F5 has a light metal alloy chassis inside so the F5 Tablet PC is much more rugged than the C5 Tablet PC. The F5 Tablet PC even survives drops from 1m to the ground. Besides the F5 is designed for the outdoor use and its housing is completely sealed to meet the protection class IP54.

In order to have perfect connectivity in the open field the F5 Tablet PC is also available with HSDPA/UMTS/EDGE/GPRS modem for broadband wireless data communication. The sunlight readable View Anywhere display is standard in the F5 Tablet PC.
