The DURIOS Ultra-Line
The DURIOS Ultra-Line comprises outdoor PCs for any use in all terrain with harsh environmental conditions. The ruggedized notebooks and tablet PCs of the DURIOS Ultra-Line possess normally a complete sealed full metal housing which are absolutely dust and spill water proof. Most models of the DURIOS Ultra-Line offer optionally sunlight readable displays for outdoor use in bright sunlight. The DURIOS Ultra-Line comply with IP54, the military standard MIL-STD810F and partially even MIL-STD461E, maximum drop to 3.0ft.
New DURIOS T7 Ultra DURIOS is T7 Ultra stable, compact, lightweight and with numerous connectivity in mobile networks: portable mini-computer with these features support effective, who is talking in the open air or harsh environments, data reads and saves typing. The DURIOS N8 Ultra UMPC is rather new in the Acturion product portfolio. Because of its small size the DURIOS N8 Ultra belongs to the category of Ultra Mobile PCs, called shortly UMPCs. Intel has developed the ATOM Processor especially for applications in MDAs, PDAs and UMPCs and intimately this CPU works inside the Durios N8 Ultra UMPC, at 1.1GHz (standard) and at 1.6GHz optionally.
Acturion has just released the second generation of the DURIOS T8 Ultra full-rugged Tablet-PC. The full-rugged Tablet-PC carries now a Core 2 Duo T7100 CPU inside and the Intel chipset has also been updated. This upgrade makes the DURIOS T8 Ultra full-rugged Tablet-PC to one of the most powerful ruggedized Tablet-PCs.
The Durios A-12 Ultra is the oldest model in the product portfolio of Acturion. This rugged Mili-tary-Notebook has been built since the beginning of the 90ies. Form fit and function still stayed the same over the many years, of course the technical features have always been updated. The Durios E8 Ultra UMPC is a full-ruggedized mini Tablet-PC for outdoor applications. Its metal housing is completely sealed against spill water and dust. The small size of 11.0" x 7.2" x 1.2" and the low weight of 2.9lbs (1.3kg) only rates the Getac E100 as UMPC (Ultra Mobile PC).
