Acturion acquires ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification
Early 2008 Acturion's management body decided to implement a quality management system following ISO9001. The until then "lived quality insurance system" would be replaced by an internationally standardized system. With this certification, Acturion wanted to reach two objectives: 1st The external impression through the acquisition of the certificate and 2nd the internal impression through optimization of business processes.
The whole Acturion Team shared this opinion with Acturion's management and only by this fact the success could be ensured. In the course of the preparation for the ISO 9001 certification, the bar was raised even higher and Acturion's management director decided to aquire the Environment certification following ISO 14001, too.
After one year of preparation, on March 31st 2009 the time finally came. In an audit lasting three days, Acturion's internal and external processess were tested and finally Acturion Datasys GmbH was certified for ISO 9001 and ISO14001. The audit took place as a witnessed audit, meaning the auditor was also tested by the German accrediation council.
